5 Places to Go Glamping in Quebec

Those who know me know that I am a whole made up of many parts:

But today, I want to talk to you about my glam part. Eh yes! I have a part of me that loves the beautiful, the sought-after, the sophisticated and the clicky.

That’s why sometimes I treat myself to a weekend or a night in glamping

What is glamping? This is luxury camping. So you find yourself in nature, but enjoying the conveniences of a house.

There are plenty of  places for glamping in Québec! I found 5 particularly glam ones that I will introduce to you in this article.

P.S Let’s say it right away, glamping is not always cheap. But once in a lifetime, you can spoil yourself right?

The Hygge, Maelstrom Mountain, Lac-Beauport, Quebec

Hygge is a total immersive experience in the forest. With windows on almost all of its facades, it is as if the interior invites itself outside. During the day, the windows on the ground floor are mirrors and reflect the surrounding nature, giving the illusion that the floor is floating in the air.

Everything in the Hygge has been carefully chosen to give you a glam experience in nature, if only the maple sap shampoo, conditioner from La Sève and the tasty coffee blend designed exclusively for Maelstrom Mountain chalets but there is much more.

An oasis of peace floating on a lake. This is what Bora Boréal offers you. During the summer season, you can leave the terrace in a paddle or kayak and even indulge in fishing. During the winter season, when the lake is frozen, you can put on your skates and spin at high speed on the ice or put on the snowshoes that are provided to discover the trails that border the chalet.

Perched at one of the highest points of the mountain Maelstrom, the Cliffno46 offers you a breathtaking view of the sunsets and the horizon lines of the mountains of the region. Its majestic private belvedere located 585 meters above sea level will allow you to create moments of pleasure and connection with family and friends.

Located on the same mountain as the Hygge, you can practice a multitude of activities including mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, fat-biking and snowshoeing.
