L’Oréal launches new luxury beauty brand in partnership with Hotel Shilla 


THE WHAT? L’Oréal has partnered with hotel brand Hotel Shilla and Korean private equity company Anchor Fairness Partners to launch a new luxurious beauty model. 

THE DETAILS L’Oréal is assist to be aiming to harness Asian knowledge in a modern day way by fusing pure substances and practical efficacy, according to Aju Each day.

The a few-way investment will be split practically equally, with financial terms of the deal not disclosed. 

THE WHY? The collaboration is the most up-to-date South Korean small business partnership for L’Oréal, which is said to be seeking to sustain its brand ability in Asia.  

L’Oréal explained, “This novel 3-occasion partnership will convey with each other a unique combination of L’Oréal’s magnificence experience, supported by Shilla’s luxurious retail channel and underpinned by Anchor’s sturdy monetary and enterprise product.”
