New pre-travel testing policy has some travel agency owners frustrated and angry – Honolulu, Hawaii news, sports & weather
Right now, some passengers who took the test within 72 hours before their flight but didn’t have their results when they arrived first go into quarantine and can get out of it when they get their negative test results. Starting next week, if passengers arrive without the results, they’re subject to the full 14 day quarantine even if they get the test results later.
