Project in focus: Novotel Living Tallinn

Following a deal between Accor and Estmark Capital, the Baltic region’s first Novotel Living-branded hotel will be developed on a centrally located site in the Estonian capital.

This exciting new hotel will begin hosting guests in Tallinn city centre from late 2022.

A fresh way to discover Tallinn

In February 2021, Accor announced the signing of a management agreement with Estmak Capital to open Novotel Living Tallinn, strengthening the French hospitality giant’s European portfolio.

Bringing the Novotel Living concept to Estonia, this 124-key hotel will host travellers on a centrally positioned site between the old town and Tallinn’s port, and feature co-working space, a gym area and a restaurant.

The extended-stay Novotel brand promises to provide guests with a co-living experience distinguished by its warm and friendly environment. The proposed accommodation offering ranges from studios to two-bedroom apartments, alongside social hubs that enable guests to mingle with locals.

A prime location for business and leisure

The first apartment hotel project of its kind in the Baltic region, this Novotel Living property will cater to changes in travellers’ needs, whether they’re staying in Tallinn for work purposes or as a tourist for extended periods of time.

The Novotel Living concept was first launched in Asia in 2019 and has since gathered momentum, with projects already in progress in Belgium and Romania. Its latest site, which is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2022, is being designed by architectural firm Arhitekt 11.
